Riondo Punto Rosso Prosecco 2010

This is a much more labor intensive wine to make than even vintage Prosecco and boy does it show! There’s a nutty, soft pear nose leading to a full, rich palate due to extended lees aging. You’ll find more pear on the palate, nut skins and a long lees-y finish. Great value for a bubble with this kind of length! 11% ABV.
