Riondo Frizecco D'Italia
Enzo Zuccotti’s answer to the Prosecco, Frizecco comes from Italy’s Montforte d’Alpone of Verona and is winsome in that peachy floral fizzy pear drop sort of fruitiness –one balanced by a chalky texture and kept from overt sweetness by a juicy acidity that altogether works rather well at 10.5% alcohol. Refreshing and fragrant, this would loosen up even the most responsible soccer mom enough to let her hair down.
