Wine produced with nebbiolo, barbera merlot e cabernet sauvignon grapes. The colour is ruby red with purple tints. On the noise it offers notes of raspberries, ripe fruits while on the palate this wine is fresh and particularly pleasant, well balance of acidity and tannins. It is ready for drinking but it can be kept in the cellar for a few years. It is maturated in steel and cask for 6 months, then refined in bottle for 3-5 months; the serving temperature is 16-17°C and it can be served through the entire meal.

Food Pairings

Salume or charcuterie -call it what you will; this sort of Piemontese red is just the sort to accompany cured meat plates, rich terrines, rillettes, and salty hung hams. Truth be told this is a wine to enjoy throughout most meals so one is safe taki
