Savory Chenin Blanc with its telltale spine of acidity and the fresher orchard and citrus fruit that balance the mineral elements that always make for a nice glass of wine and the perfect foil for loads of food pairings –especially appetizers and hors d’oeuvres that could use some bright white Steen.
