Tedeschi Amarone Classico 2008

It is no wonder a red made from gently dried red grapes (of local varieties: Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella) bear such a lovely expression of mellow fruit. An earthen cherry fragrance carries onto a rich and chocolaty palate. Polished with ripened tannins and a juicy acidity this impresses all taste buds with minty dried cherries and a lasting fragrant finish –a lingering finish that calls for pan seared duck breast.

Versatile. Most anything grilled especially chicken and pork. Pastas and pizzas with a tomato sauce. Tuna and salmon.
