Tenuta Sant'Antonio Scaia Bianco 2010
Garganega 50% - Trebbiano Soave 20% - Chardonnay 30%.
The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish glints. There are flowers on the nose, white acacia and jasmine, but also a mélange of citrus aromas as well. The wine’s flavours are fresh apples and a suggestion of mango. A very agreeable wine with a sustained acidity. Well-balanced softness and a tang make it both inviting and intriguing.
Food Pairings
Things with Pesto. Pastas with seafood. Meatless pizza such as Quattro Fromaggi and Margherita. Any shrimp not deep fried.
