Wine

Tenuta Sant'Antonio Scaia Bianco 2011

Fermented as whole berries at low temperatures, this is fragrant with aromas of white acacia and jasmine flowers, a bouquet of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, orange and pineapple, as well as apple, pear and mango with a light touch of banana. The flavors are fresh and agreeable with a sustained acidity. Well-balanced softness and tang make it both inviting and intriguing.
