Tour des Gendres Blanc Bergerac Sec 2011

70% Sauvignon Blanc 30% Semillon
Gooseberries of Sauvignon Blanc are softened by the ripening sun of Bergerac of southwestern France and tempered by the plump fruit of Semillon and accented by its waxen herbal nuances. These combine into a tension of fruit like the melon flesh that borders on the rind –textural and snappy and fresh. The famille de Conti tend all their precious plots according to organic viticulture and have been recognized by Agrocert since 2005.
