Twin Islands Sauvignon Blanc 2011

This offers up a surprisingly delicate nose for New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with nice touches of citrus and sweet green pea. On the palate it’s juicy and clean. Enjoyable lingering finish. This is a second label for Nautilus with about 10,000 cs made.

Food Pairings

White fish, shellfish, oysters, chicken. Asparagus, cilantro, artichokes, salads. Lemony or garlicy things.
