Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Deep, dusty garnet hue with no pooling. The astonishingly vivid nose of red plum, currants, spearmint, sweet preserves. Very giving fruit, tannins, acidity, with a Bordeaux feel in the long finish. Quite elegant wine overall with balance. 14.5%ABV.

Food Pairings

Meat, meat, meat but especially lamb and beef. Game birds, duck, goose, squab. Anything with lots of rosemary.
