Vietti Roero Arneis 2010

This vintage is more delicate and classic than the ’09. Its fragrance is supple peaches and roses, very ethereal. It is soft and friendly in the mouth, like a dreamcycle melting in your mouth. The finish is enlivening, a good deal of shimmery flavor, lots of pink grapefruit sorbet. 13 Alcohol. Notes by LAC. April 16, 2012.

Food Pairings

As an aperitif with light hors d'ouevres, crudités, seafood, salads, light soups, simply prepared veal, pork, chicken and creamy cheeses.
