Cono Sur Carmenere 2011

Full bodied and deep coloured Carmenere are the result of such low yielding vines and though we love the results, the French favored more prolific alternatives. Now we are fortunate to enjoy its revival that tease out layers of deep berried fruit, rich ripe tannins, savoury complexity and an engaging pepper quality unique to the variety.
