Kila Cava 2009

Take a peach, some pineapple, a touch of apple, a bit of rockabilly style, some mellow pie spices, the energy of a ten year old kid, a dash of "Paul's Boutique" from the Beastie Boys, and the brightness of a sky blue summertime day while sailing on a lake and smash them all together and jam it a bottle and let it re-ferment naturally (just like they do in Champagne) and let it age for a couple of years and you end up with this outstanding and affordable bubbly.
