Yalumba Y Series Vermentino 2011

Clean and fresh like sliced green apples and a squeeze of citrus. Fragrant and snappy the palate is engaging and invigorating with juicy acidity that wets the corners of one’s mouth. Over time this Vermentino relaxes and shows a richer element unique to this variety.

Amazing floral element mixed with a bright citrus scented briney sea breeze. Lovely crisp acidity and a soft tropical lift to the wine. Clean finish.

A pale green straw in color, the Yalumba Y Series Vermentino has prominent aromas of jasmine and white nectarine, complemented by lashes of cumquat and sandalwood. The palate is fleshy and almost salty with grapefruit acidity and a textured finish, making this a very refreshing wine. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
