Yalumba Y Series Riesling 2011

Lovely nose though not classic Riesling; many familiar descriptors but presented with different top notes. Lovely pear tone to the fragrance highlighted by an intriguing chamomile aroma. A real richness and texture in the mouth though it carries a modest level of alcohol. Off dry and refreshingly tart.
