Yalumba Y Series Unwooded Chardonnay 2012

Australia’s oldest family owned winery, Yalumba clearly has figured things out over the years and their Y-Series Unwooded Chardonnay just exemplifies this; clean orchard fruit, talc textured acidity, fragrant on the palate and only 12.5% alcohol, this is appetizing and invigorating wine with a tension that reads like a mineral energy that vibrates on the palate.
