With twenty years of experience at TWC, Mike brings everything we hoped for to this role in support of our customers and sales consultants alike.
Prior to The Wine Company, Mike spent over ten years in both restaurants and retail developing and appreciation and understanding of all sides of our industry. Initially hired by The Wine Company to work in administrative roles, Mike soon transitioned into sales where he excelled for ten years before we dragged him into management. The combination of his fluency with our systems and his familiarity with our partners and culture made him both invaluable and irresistible. Mike’s knowledgeable, empathetic, and approachable leadership style is hard to come by and has earned him trust and respect both inside and outside of our Frogtown offices.

In his evolution as a TWC manager, Mike has helped The Wine Company develop in a range of positions from Chain Accounts Coordinator, Sales Manager, Business Analytics Director and now Sales Director. Thanks to these broad experiences, Mike brings the luxury of understanding all the roles and responsibilities throughout The Wine Company. Knowing how all the pieces of the puzzle fit and work together, Mike is an incredible asset as Sales Director to help all rise to our collective best.
