I was born and raised in the Western burbs, and I got my start in restaurants at 15 (two jobs before I could even drive myself to work). Since then, I've worked nearly every role hospitality has to offer, from the floor to the back office, GM to owner. Years spent building and running beverage programs made one thing clear: wine and spirits sales was always where I was headed. That chapter started in early 2023, once the industry began to find its footing again post-Covid.

Outside of work, family comes first. One wife, two kids, and not a day goes by I'm not grateful for all three. When I do get a stretch of time to myself, you'll find me out on a walk or a few chapters deep into a book.
