Pinot Blanc is an affable variety because it expresses delicious orchard fruit. Who doesn't love apples and pears or the occasional peach? In the capable hands we trust, Pinot Blanc often presents bouquets of fresh floral notes, the occassional candied ginger and when combined with mineral nuance and structured acidity, they ring from the class like the peal from a clear bell.
