Bulletin Place Pinot Grigio 2021

Fermented on its lees for an added dimension but fine and fresh with crisp pear and apple fruit. 5% aged in oak for a nuance. Juicy invigorating white with a citrusy acidity. I also love that this is only 11.5% alcohol because it is all the more poised for the table.
