D'Auvernier Neuchatel Blanc 2021

Known in Switzerland as Fendant, Chasselas is fresh as a mountain rill. Its not all that much different from Switzerland really: it’s a pleasant glass at once invigorating like the alpen air and yet neutral. In its soft spoken way, this charming little white variety can slake one’s mightiest thirst or else propel a subtle meal to center stage.
