Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Engaging scents of ripe black currants and cocoa open onto flavors of blackberry, licorice, minty currant leaf and a texture of fine grained tannins and chalky acids. The finish is as fragrant as it is all the way along from the moment it lands on the tongue and long onto the finish –an outstanding mouthful of Cabernet Sauvignon for a song. 13.5% alcohol.

Meat, meat, meat but especially lamb and beef. Game birds, duck, goose, squab. Anything with lots of rosemary.
