Made entirely from the Lambrusco di Sorbara variety favored in Emilia Romagna the pris de mousse that summons this gentle texture and creamy effervescence is achieved at cool temperatures in the method of cuve close and for this retains all its uplifting fruit. A premium Lambrusco of the highest order this is also among the most appetizing for charcuterie among so many other things.
