Santadi Vermentino Villa Solias 2019
Vermentino di Sardegna "Villa Solais" DOC: 70-85% Vermentino and 15-30% Nuragus picked between September and early October, soft-pressed, and the must subsequently ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine matures sur lie for a few months previous to bottling, resulting in a straw yellow little beauty with green and golden reflections, intriguing freshness and mineral notes on the nose and palate.
