As Pinot Noir really develops under long, cool growing conditions, California has a lot to offer –especially from parts of Sonoma, the Central Coast, Santa Barbara and San Benito. Such pockets of terroir yield Pinot Noirs of exemplary varietal character while conveying the given terroir. These transmute simply Pinot Noir by numbers.
