Kila Cava Brut Organic 2018

A fine bead and creamy texture of delicate bubbles bearing orchards of apple and apricots scents and an engaging tangy lemon curd carry over onto the palate. Hints of acacia reveal this was, like champagne, aged on its lees and fermented in this very bottle and still shows a great core of fruit.
