We were one of the first wholesalers around to take South African wines seriously. When they first began arriving in the United States (in the 1980’s) quality was variable at best. With time, the South African wine industry has solved many of their problems and we are proud to offer some of not only the best values of South African wine, but their top end gems as well.

One of our favorite things to do is sneak some of these outstanding wines into blind tastings with customers. Those that have never thought about this category find themselves awestruck at just how good the wines are.
