La Playa Rose 2023
Cabernet Sauvignon produces wines of intensity and depth of flavour. Classically, these flavours are cassis, plum, black cherry and anise. Herb, olive, mint, tobacco and cedar are often associated with Cabernet Sauvignon wine, as well. With its picture perfect climate, Andes water, and top tier winemaking, Chile tends to craft full flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon that stays the course of what you anticipate from the variety with an emphasis on the fruit and a charming structure deftly built for enjoyment in the near term. It seems the pricier the wine the greater the longevity but be that as it may Chile has yet to supply our portfolio with any Cabernet Sauvignon that has not been true to task and remains a great source of value at every level.
