Gimonnet Cramant Gr Cru Special Club 2016

100% Pinot Blanc from selected vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige (Salorno, Magrè and Pochi) along with the most northern part of the Trentino area, at an altitude of 200 to 300 meters a.s.l.(660 – 980 feet); sandy and stony soil; quite cool mesoclimate with big variations between day and night temperatures.

Brilliant straw yellow color with a green tint. Very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), forward varietal aroma. Pronounced, clean, elegant, grapey flavor, light to medium-bodied with a fresh mouth-watering finish. When properly cellared, this wine may be kept for at least 2 - 4 years.
