The grapes for Wildsong Sauvignon Blanc were grown in Maraekakaho, Hawke’s Bay. The vineyard is situated on the ancient alluvial shingle terraces at Mangatahi high above the Ngaruroro River. As one of the most elevated vineyards in Hawke's Bay its North facing slopes enjoy long and hot summer days but chill off overnight making this the perfect place for Sauvignon Blanc.

Fruit is harvested in the cool of the morning and pressed immediately to ensure the juice was as fresh and pristine as possible. The juice was settled and racked to tank for a cool fermentation. The lower ferment temperatures ensured the fruit intensity, prized in Sauvignon Blanc, was preserved yielding passionfruit, fresh citrus and gooseberry lead into a palate with a juicy flavor profile, purity and concentration. The wine is crisp and clean with a lingering, mouth-watering finish.
