Alma Negra Brut Nature Rose
Malbec is a wine grape from Cahors in the southwest of France, which emigrated to Argentina in 1868. There it found a nurturing home and a launching pad onto tables in the USA. Generally the wine is very deeply coloured and has a savoury, spicy, earthy flavour. Cahors is usually more tannic and structured then Malbec from Argentina.
Food Pairings
Fajitas, chili, spicy foods. Indian or Mexican. Beef, lamb or pork most anyway but especially on the grill. Burgers and sausages.
