Lageder Chardonnay-Pinot Grigio Beta Delta 2009

This equal blend of Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay is Demeter Certified Biodynamic. It has a wonderful floral, mineral, citrus, fresh cut pear opening. Leading to a mouthful of bright lemon zest, asian pear, chamomile, all balanced by perfect acidity and polish. Wonderful long and clean finish.

A round lush quality of lemon and honey on the nose. Depth of complexity abounds. Silky, sexy, good acid and a supple mid-palate with a joyous finish. Great seafood/shellfish wine. Great.

Brilliant straw yellow colour with a green tint. Very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), forward varietal aroma. Pronounced, clean, elegant, grapey flavour, light to medium-bodied with a fresh mouth-watering finish. When properly cellared, this wine may be kept for at least 2 - 4 years.
