Soave remains the place but only from such growers as those we trust. After decades of thin Soave’s besmirching its good name, we have brought into the fold such examples that are compelling and do justice to Garganega. Have you a sweet tooth or a mind for meditation, try a Recioto di Soave and fall for the concentrated charms of this variety you’ll swoon.
