Bianchi Malbec 2009
70% of grapes are from 85 year old vines, 12 months in French and American oak, 30% new. Deep purple color, black fruit aromas, very rich and lush in the mouth. The fruit is very lively for this much oak; medium tannins on a long finish.

Fajitas, chili, spicy foods. Indian or Mexican. Beef, lamb or pork most anyway but especially on the grill. Burgers and sausages.
