Vega Sindoa Tempranillo 2011

Bright, bing cherry, tobacco, cedar, sandalwood. Very dry and tannic in the mouth. This wine would show quite well with manchego cheese.

Very versatile. The better cuts of lamb. Most any meat braised or stewed. Game birds and poultry, especially duck.
