Fragrant of red currants, tart red cherries and those fragrant and firm but tiny little strawberries that may not be large but pack a sweet scent, this gently effervescent Lambrusco di Sorbara is the premium of Emilia Romagna from the regions oldest producer and an affordable luxury to be sure. Toss out any injurious prejudice that you may have developed from the years of the libelous Lambrusco of the lowest common denominator. This is aromatic, velvety textured and invigorating for its crisp, juicy fruit and tangy finish. A delight from start to finish.
