Cline Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Soft polished tannins and a velvety mouth-feel define this Small Berry Mourvedre. Overtones of plum and chocolate make it a perfect complement to grilled lamb or garlic studded rib roast. Dry farmed in a four acre sand-soil vineyard by the San Joaquin River, these are some of California's most historic, century-old vines. The surrounding eucalyptus trees impart a slight minty character. What's more: Cline farms the Green String way -naturally and sustainably.
