Fevre Chablis Champs Royaux 2009

Pure Chardonnay. Pale straw to the eye. Discrete tropical aromas. Racy acidity in the mouth - green apples, citrus, minerals - non overwhelming. Very pleasurable. Did I mention pure Chardonnay?
