Foreau Vouvray Moelleux 2008

Waxy honeycomb and apricots, oyster shells and lanolin, whole worlds of scents and flavors, no words can contain the oceanic breadth of Cheinin blanc at its best. In this moelleux (mwah-LUH) the sweetness begins as pure honey and spreads over the palate and lasts on and on and even so it is entirely balanced and bright like direct sunlight because Chenin blanc is sure for its citric acidity and the living land from which this comes: the one and only Domaine du Clos Naudin. This is the gifted taste of a gifted place –a touched wine of great dimension.
