Citric scents and high, fresh apricot aromas start this off. Quenching stone fruits and fresh Herbs de Provence meld into a bracing quality like a freshly zested lemon. This is as much an essential ingredient to the table as it is a lovely wine –ready for food pairings galore. Gros Menseng and Petit Menseng combine ample body and a nice zip that makes it a natural with many foods from foie gras to oysters and so many vittles and viands in between. 13% alcohol by volume
