Deepest color this wine has ever shown but must be from extraction as it is fragrant and uplifting with notes of pamplemousse, minerals with no oxidative elements at all -instead it's curlicue and floral, juicy, engaging and expansive in the mouth. A complete joy, this proves Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng are wondrous together –with all the invigorating charms of mineral driven Sauvignon Blanc but a fruit and fragrance all its own. In a word: delightful.
