Miyasaka Junmai Sake Matinee 12/720 - JS1072P
A softer and gentler sake with nice body but at 12% it weighs in more like a wine as opposed to many sake which come in at 17 to 18%. It is elegant, fresh, and engaging. Between its plum fragrance, vinous character and its modest alcohol, this makes a fine session sake for luncheons or a long night ahead of you.
