The Healthiest Wine in the World
For the first time ever the quality of a wine can be quantified in terms of its health-giving properties. The German Society for Environmental and Human Toxology (DGUHT) is now able to demonstrate the stress level of a wine within the parameter of pH value, redox potential and conductivity.

The Nikolaihof Vom Stein Riesling Federspiel has the best results and is by a large margin the healthiest wine in the world of all those that have been tested.
