Oh Lord! Here's a Chenin Blanc embodying all life green and vernal - fiddlehead ferns and micro greens, fresh baby herbs, and lime leaves, fresh cut grass and citrus-y hops. This is fresh and engaging right out of the gates and round. Gently demi sec and just poised for sage grilled pork chops or an open faced sandwich of smoked salmon on rye.
