Simonsig Chenin Blanc 2011
Maritime breezes leave their mark on the whites of the Stellenbosch of South Africa. Cool winds ripen clusters slowly preserving nuances ranging from crushed herbs and lemon grass to melon fruits and lemon peels. Polished texture tempers the Chenin edge and carries the finish further than other Chenins from South Africa. Here's a wine for food.
