Tedeschi Capitel San Rocco Rosso Ripasso 2006

Ruby red color; a slightly bitter chocolate nose with some cherry and raspberry notes. Pretty fruit flavors show great balance in the mouth. A very long lasting dusty finish. Can age 6-8 years.

Versatile. Most anything grilled especially chicken and pork. Pastas and pizzas with a tomato sauce. Tuna and salmon.
