Colleagues and Friends,

We know that the global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. Since our business is considered essential during this time of crisis I wanted to reach out and update you on how we at The Wine Company and Cooperative Wine Services continue to respond to the changing challenges.

First and foremost, our hearts go out all our family and friends worldwide who have been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the dedication of all the workers who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

As government officials locally and around the world are implementing measures to contain this public health crisis, we continue to evaluate and implement strict precautions to protect our colleagues, their families, and you, while still maintaining our unwavering commitment to our customer service.

We continue to follow the advice of all governments and public health authorities in proactively implementing a range of precautionary measures including stringent sanitation and cleaning protocols and workplace distancing. To best protect those who must be at The Wine Company facility to carry out their work, the majority of our administrative colleagues are working from home.

We have an amazing team here at The Wine Company and Cooperative Wine Services, and we are here for you. Even at a distance we are reminded daily that we’re all connected like never before. We’re called upon to be our best selves with patience, understanding and compassion.
