The  core  of what we do at The Wine Company  and Cooperative Wine Services  is you. You are the heart and soul of our business, and our top priority is the health and well-being of you, your customers,  our team,  our partners, our vendors and all our shared families.

As the coronavirus situation evolves,  we are  constantly monitoring the latest updates from the CDC, the MN Department of Health, and other health organizations. If you’re looking for trusted, up-to-date information,  we  recommend visiting the specific coronavirus websites of the CDC and the Minnesota State Health Department.  We are also taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and our  customers.  We  will continue to update our procedures if guidance from these public health  authorities  changes.

Your sales reps and our administration teams are working remotely and will minimize personal contact as much as possible.  We have instituted extremely strict policies requiring all employees with any possible contagion risk  to self-quarantine.

The CWS drivers and warehouse team have been directed to make their safety and the safety of you, our customers their number one priority. They are coordinating delivery procedures with all customers to match the needs and preferences of the account. Constant sanitizing and social distancing are two of the key techniques they are using to minimize any risk of transmission. Please communicate to your salesperson any changes to your preferences for your business as this situation evolves.

In our offices, warehouse, and delivery trucks, we have enhanced daily cleaning procedures, exceeding CDC guidelines. Common surfaces including hand trucks are constantly and thoroughly sanitized after use.

We encourage  everyone  to follow guidance from public health authorities! Wash your hands, clean your phone, cover your cough, don’t touch your face, and keep 3-6 feet away from people you speak to in person. Most of all, if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is please stay home.
